Delete my data

You can have everything Villagewise holds about your installation deleted, at any time, for any reason.

What gets deleted

• Your install identifier and the request records tied to it
• Any linked Clash of Clans player tag, player name and clan tag
• Your notification subscriptions and delivery token
• Any ad-free grant recorded against your installation

What is already only on your device

Your building levels, wall levels, hero and lab entries, timers and app settings never leave your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it immediately, and we cannot recover it.

How to request deletion

1. In the app, open Settings → Delete my data, which brings you to this page; then
2. Email support@villagewise.net with the subject "Delete my data", including your player tag so we can find the right records.

How long it takes

We complete deletion within 30 days of the request and confirm by reply. Backups roll off within a further 7 days.

Advertising

Your Advertising ID is controlled by Android, not by us. Reset or delete it in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. To withdraw advertising consent, use Privacy options in the app's Settings where that option is available to you.
